Whether you’re a new mum, stay at home mum, work from home, gym goer or just love to work out at home – The Figure Bands are a great addition to help tone that butt and keep active.

Each pack comes with 3 different levels of resistance to help target all muscle groups - including back and arms.

Resistance levels:

Pink Band: Lowest resistance
Gray Band: Medium resistance
Beige Band: Highest resistance

Danni's Fitness Bands will eventually lose their resistance so please take care. Here are some ways to care for your bands:

Avoid over stretching the bands to more than double their size
Keep your bands out of direct sunlight or heated conditions at all times
Make sure you're using the correct strength band for the correct exercise
