These calls are designed for you if you have finished post group coaching/private coaching OR you are apart of The Vitality Project.

You're feeling ready to take on the world and you are educated, but you still feel like a check-in or pep talk every now and then would really help you stay on track for months to come.

You can now purchase a once-off coaching call or a pack of 3 or 5 coaching calls, meaning you can get any burning questions you had answered, find out how to tweak things now that you're on your way, get some more ideas around changing your mindset, fitness goals or new health goals and not feel like you're totally alone.

Max 1 pack per person and the calls must be booked 6-8 weeks apart.

Calls are 45 mins over the phone and are valid for 1 year from purchase.

NB: These do not include any nutrition tracking.
